Our Room Leaders at Monkey Puzzle work within their assigned room to support inspirational learning, as well as working closely with the nursery team and management.
Working closely between the children and the management team helps the Room Leaders provide a high level of professional leadership to room-based teams, helping to ensure that all children receive the highest possible standards of care and education.
Along with this, they also supervise the staff working within their room, sharing their professional knowledge and ensuring the team and compliant with all regulations and policies put in place by the nursery.
