Monkey Puzzle in Otley has been fantastic for my child. The building itself it's stunning, it's fresh and inviting for not just children but parents too. The management team are fantastic, very friendly and approachable. After my last experience, I was uneasy about putting my child another nursery. However, after speaking to the manager on an open day, I felt at ease immediately and felt respected and that my opinion mattered. The outdoor area is fantastic and very inviting for children and parents. I would highly recommend Monkey Puzzle to any of my friends or family.
