Deputy Nursery Managers at Monkey Puzzle work closely with the Senior Nursery Management Team. They help to provide professional leadership and management of the nursery, ensuring that all children have access to a high quality and fun curriculum that meets their individual learning needs.
What do nursery deputy managers do?
The deputy nursery managers have lots of responsibilities around the nursery, helping the Manager with the day to day running and working with the various rooms. This helps to ensure a high standard of care and education is maintained, assisting other staff where needed. Deputy Managers show strong leadership and communication skills, as well as being able to support, motivate and manage the nursery team on a daily basis. Our Deputies also work closely with our families, supporting both children and parents, always maintaining the strictest confidentiality around anything that is discussed.
