About me
After moving into the area in 2016, I applied for an early years level 2 apprenticeship through college and started to work full time at Monkey Puzzle. After completing this, Monkey Puzzle helped me get my level 3 internally. This meant that they gave me time to speak to my tutor during my work hours as well as offering internal support through mentoring. Since then, with the support and trust of my work family, they have pushed me professionally. I have enjoyed being given more responsibilities and rising up to the challenges set and I am now the Deputy Manager and SENDco of this beautiful nursery with an amazing and caring team. I am also in turn, able to support our current apprentices by being their mentor and helping them throughout their journeys while continuing mine.
