Today we would like to introduce Karen, our amazing Monkey Puzzle Employee Relations Lead.
Karen has been working at Monkey Puzzle since the beginning of 2021. She originally joined as the Executive Assistant to the CEO but has recently changed her career path to Workforce and Development Specialist as this is where her passion lies.
Karen works with the Senior Leadership Teams at our nurseries, supporting them with staffing. Her work helps our nurseries with recruitment and retention, aiding them in creating plans for employee benefits and wellbeing packages to ensure we provide the best possible environments for their employees.
Monkey Puzzle supported Karen in funding her CIPD qualification, which has allowed her to progress her career and provide support to both Nursery Group and our Franchised sites.
