My name is Francesca (otherwise known as Chess) and I am the Brand Marketing Manager at Monkey Puzzle. I have been in the business for 5 years.
My role consists of being the bridge between the franchisee network, the Monkey Puzzle management team and the marketing team (Path- Marketing). I will support you in establishing, growing and developing your marketing strategy, coordinating your marketing support and providing you with a comprehensive range of marketing services, products and training. I will do this with the use of market leading customer and brand insight tools and in depth market research.
I started at Monkey Puzzle working in the Business Development Team, working with the franchisees as they began their nursery adventure. After 3 years there, Monkey Puzzle supported my decision to begin a career in Marketing, moving across to the Marketing Team and beginning my training and development in the role. Since then, I have achieved qualifications in Digital Marketing and significantly progressed in my department. I am now the Marketing Manager and so proud of everything I have achieved with the support of Monkey Puzzle and can’t wait to continue my journey with them.
