It’s all about thinking ahead at Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries, planning and preparation is key. On the 1st September 2021 the Department of Education will launch a new and revised EYFS Statutory Framework 2021. The aim of the 2021 EYFS reform is to strengthen the current early years curriculum we have in place and to improve practice for all children.
At Monkey Puzzle we have been using our skills to create on training to enable us to welcome the reform and ensure that out network is proactively equipped to welcome these changes. We have worked alongside our training partners to create specialised training which will be delivered throughout the summer months.
As well as our new focus on Self-Regulation training which has proved very popular throughout our network, this training has provided vital knowledge and skills to practitioners which has enabled them to support children with Self-Regulation and expression of feelings and emotions.
