From mid-June through to the end of August 2025, every one of our 70+ nursery settings across the UK will be bringing this inspiring initiative to life in their own unique way, all united by a shared mission to nurture young minds and support families on their early years journey.
What is Little Dreamers, Big Futures?
This isn’t just about summer fun – Little Dreamers, Big Futures is a nationwide celebration of imagination, ambition, and the powerful role that early years education plays in shaping the future.
Across the Monkey Puzzle family, we believe that every child deserves the best possible start in life. Through this campaign, we aim to:

Bringing the Campaign to Life Across the UK
Each of our Monkey Puzzle nurseries will be putting their own creative spin on the campaign, delivering a season packed with enriching and imaginative experiences that celebrate big dreams and little learners. Look out for activities such as:

“When I Grow Up” Dress-Up Days – Encouraging children to explore different careers and dream big

Guest Visits from Real-Life Role Models – From firefighters and nurses to artists and engineers

Dream Boards and Vision Walls – Children create visual representations of their goals and interests

Mini Job Fairs – Bringing a fun, child-friendly twist to the job fair experience, where children can explore a variety of professions through interactive stations

Future Job-Themed Activities – Hands-on play and storytelling centred around careers such as doctors, astronauts, chefs, builders, and more
Every nursery will tailor these themes to their local community and age group, while staying true to our shared values and goals.
