Hi, my name is Rachel, and I am a Recruitment Coordinator at Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries. I recently relocated to the UK from Canada and am so excited to be part of the team, it truly feels like one big family here! I work across the Monkey Puzzle Nursery Group to help find the very best people for our nurseries. My role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from creating engaging job adverts and screening high-quality candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting the offer process. I also ensure our recruitment systems, including our ATS, run smoothly, while providing dedicated support to our Nursery Managers to make the hiring process as seamless as possible.

Outside of work, I love staying active and spending time outdoors, especially biking and playing golf. I also enjoy going to the gym and attending spin and Pilates classes. I’m passionate about travelling and love exploring new places and creating lasting memories.
