Nursery Group Business Manager

Nikki is the Business Manager dedicated to driving profitability and sustainable growth across the Nursery Group settings. Working closely with the Head of Business, she focuses on supporting and strengthening the commercial and operational performance of the group-owned nurseries.

With a hands-on leadership approach, Nikki works closely with nursery managers to help deliver outstanding experiences for children and families, achieve strong financial results, and maintain a consistent way of working across the group. Her focus spans people development, business performance, and operational improvement, ensuring each nursery operates to a high standard from a commercial, operational, and people management perspective.

Nikki is passionate about supporting managers to build high-performing teams and successful nursery environments that reflect the values and ambitions of the wider group.
