Today we would like to introduce Kirsty, our Monkey Puzzle Training and Development Lead. In Kirsty’s role, she supports the continuous learning and growth for our franchisees and their teams on their unique journey. Starting with training and development analysis, she will identify the key areas of development for each team. Alongside this, Kirsty will provide high quality, recognized training and opportunities to obtain additional qualifications, enabling our nurseries to evolve, develop and deliver.
Kirsty originally joined Monkey Puzzle as maternity cover for the Training Administrator role. After 10 months, she was offered a permanent role as the Training and Development Lead – allowing her to build and develop the training Monkey Puzzle now offer. As a working mum, Kirsty has been provided with the flexibility and understanding that she needs to feel confident and supported no matter what may crop up.
