Jubilee Crown

Why not celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee by making and decorating your own crown? With our Monkey Puzzle Jubilee Crown activity, you can decorate your own crown any way you want to make it beautiful and join in with all of the fun of the celebration.

What you need for your Jubilee Crown

• Crown Template
• Glue
• Scissors
• Pencils or crayons

How to make your Jubilee Crown

1. Print out the Crown Template onto card/paper.
2. Colour in your Crown.
3. Cut out the pieces for your Crown.
4. Glue along one side of each of the rectangular pieces of the template.

Jubilee Bunting

Bunting is a great tradition for street parties in the United Kingdom. Why not have a go at making your own bunting that you can hang up and decorate your space to help get it looking ready for the party.

What you need for your Jubilee Bunting

• A4 paper
• Glue
• Scissors
• Pencils or crayons
• Ribbon or String (To hold bunting together)

How to make your Jubilee Bunting

1. Print out as many templates as you need to make your desired length of bunting.
2. Cut out the templates.
3. Colour in the templates.
4. Fold along the dotted line on templates.
5. Glue the tab down, leaving a gap to thread your ribbon/string through.
6. Thread your ribbon/string through the tabs on the bunting.

Jubilee Puppets

Have a go at making your own puppets to tell stories for the Platinum Jubilee. Download our template and spend your Bank Holiday weekend doing some arts and crafts.

What you need for your Jubilee Puppets

• Paper/Card
• Glue
• Scissors

• Wooden craft sticks

How to make your Jubilee Puppets

2. Colour in your Puppets.
3. Cut out the different Puppets.
4. Glue the Puppets onto the top of your wooden craft sticks.
